From Farm to Fete

Wanderment Farms is where much of the KEFFI philosophy comes to life. Set in the hills of Santa Barbara, the farm is a place of abundance, experimentation, and deep attention to the seasons. Our relationship with Wanderment goes beyond sourcing: it is an ongoing collaboration between grower and chef, shaped by what is flourishing in the fields and what belongs on the table at that particular moment.

Working closely with founder Margo Redfern, we create menus and experiences that begin with the land rather than a predetermined idea of what a meal should be. A harvest can inspire a dish; a season can shape an entire table. Through intimate dinners, gatherings, and our ongoing work at the farm, Wanderment gives KEFFI the rare opportunity to cook in true conversation with the place our ingredients come from—creating food that feels immediate, generous, and unmistakably of Santa Barbara.
